Up for sale is a very collectible Beatles compilation set. "The Beatles 1967-1970" also commonly known as "The Blue Album". Released originally in 1973 along with "The Beatles 1962-1966" also known as "The Red Album", these sets included almost every song that The Beatles released during their tenure as a band. These original pressings were on Apple Records both in the U.S.A. and in the U.K. In 1978, Capitol Records released a set of special re-pressings of their previous compilation albums all on colored vinyl and most of these are denoted by the "SEBX" catalog prefix. Included in this set of colored vinyl re-pressings was "The Beatles 1967-1970" which was re-released on translucent blue vinyl. This album is on blue vinyl and also includes the original blue inner sleeves with the printed song lyrics on them. A complete set of a rare Beatles collectible.

Condition: I do not have a player so I unfortunately cannot play-test any of the albums for sale. I will try to the best of my abilities to describe any and all issues that each LP may have.
"The Beatles 1967-1970" : Both records are in decent shape. Some dust and hairlines throughout. Some scratches slightly larger than hairlines but not many. Side one has an area with a bunch of hairlines all in one area but nothing looks deep enough that it can be felt with a finger. The labels are free from any writing or significant damage / wear. The cover is in decent shape. Very solid, the gate-fold cover shows no signs of tears or seam splitting. There is some seam wear and corner wear but a minimal amount of ring wear. The spine is legible but a crease on the top of the spine has led to some wear. There is a crease on the top left corner of the front side of the cover that is apparent. The rest of the cover looks nice. The blue lyric inner sleeves are original to the set, they both have the "SEBX-11843" catalog number and they are both in nice shape. The "A" sleeve is in very nice shape, no seam splits and overall a very solid sleeve. Someone did write their name at the top of the sleeve on the right corner. The "B" sleeve has a few vertical creases that go from the top to the bottom. No seam splits though.

I will ship albums with records (in plain paper sleeves) outside of the album cover to prevent damage during transit. If the album comes with an original inner sleeve, it will be placed behind the album cover within its plastic outer sleeve. Any kind of inserts will be inside the album cover. I always ship albums in plastic outer sleeves with new plain white inner sleeves.
