Description

This LP is getting very difficult to find. 

It's on the UK Polydor label and is by a band called Rare Amber. It's entitled 'Rare Amber' and was released in 1969. The music is a bluesy psychedelic type with electric guitar and strong vocals dominating throughout.   

It's a stereo recording and the catalogue number is 583046.   

OUTER SLEEVE - The sleeve which is laminated on both sides in good condition with definite wear, ring wear and creasing. It states on the back 'Printed and made by E. J. Day & Co. Ltd., London, W. 11'. There is a small (20mm x 20mm) sticker tear on the front top right corner which has been coloured in with a fibre tip pen. The edges and spine show some definite wear. The wording along the spine is 80% readable. I've graded the sleeve VG.

INNER BAG -  Plain white paper type.  

RECORD - The record is in pretty good condition. It appears to have been played a few times. There are marks on each side. It plays through well on both sides with some definite audible surface noise and some pops and clicks on both sides. There are no jumps on any of the tracks on either side. 

LABELS - The labels are the red textured Polydor type with the Polydor logo at the top and black wording. There are some spindle marks on both sides around the hole. The labels are in fine condition with no damage. The matrix numbers on the run-off grooves are - side one - 583046 A//1V420 1    4 - side two - 583046 B//2V420 1    1 XXXXXX    XXXXXXXX. I've graded the record as VG which I believe is very fair.

I try to grade everything very conservatively and I believe that the winner of this auction will not be disappointed. I guarantee everything I sell. It will be difficult to find this record again.
