THE VINYL: VERY GOOD
HAS HAIRLINES AND MINOR SCUFFS / SURFACE SCRATCHES, BUT NOTHING DEEP OR FEELABLE. IT IS A GREAT COPY AND IT PLAYS VERY WELL WITH NO STICKS OR JUMPS, IT DOES HOWEVER HAVE VERY OCCASSIONAL CLICKS AND SOFT CRACKLES IN PLACES, MORE PROMINENT IN QUIETER SECTIONS AND IN BETWEEN TRACKS. NO WRITING OR SCRATCHES ON THE VERY CLEAN LABELS. HAS NO SPINDLE MARKS AND NO SPINDLE WEAR.
THE COVER: VERY GOOD
HAS NO SERIOUS DAMAGE OR WEAR BUT DOES HAVE SOME EDGE CREASES AND ONE OR CREASES ON THE FRONT AND REAR. NO SELLOTAPE, NO WRITING. HAS A FEW EDGE CREASES. SOME LAMINATE LIFT. NO REAL AGEING ON SLEEVE IS VERY CLEAN. SOME MINOR SPINE WEAR (APART FROM CREASES) AND IT IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND READABLE. THE OPENING EDGE IS TIDY. A REALLY DECENT SLEEVE. (NOT SURE IF IT IS THE ORIGINAL PHILIPPINO SLEEVE)
THE INNER SLEEVE: VERY GOOD
Plain white die-cut inner sleeve has creasing, but no stains or marks except ageing, edge splits have been glued. No writing or sellotape.

Grading System: I have used Record Collector magazine set of standards for the condition of second-hand records. I have added a (+) or (-) to my gradings where applicable.
I grade all records in accordance with the Rare Record Price Guide (see above). However, if you feel I have graded your record incorrectly please email me ASAP so we can resolve the problem amicably.
RECORD COLLECTOR Grading System
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. (NOTE: As far as I am concerned, MINT will never apply to second hand vinyl records).
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
Post & Packaging - I recycle all packaging so you will get your goods in recycled packaging / cardboard container. All items over £20 are insured and sent 'Signed For' or ‘Tracked 48’ and I always obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' for cheaper items. All items are securely and properly packaged and vinyl is sent using double corrugated cardboard stiffeners.
