Polydor Special 236 169 Stereo ( 1968, Holland ).

Item Description:

A nice copy of the increasingly rare album produced by and featuring Golden Earring. The vinyl shows most of the original sheen with just a few light marks and paper scuffs.

Original inner sleeve is a little yellowed and ruffled, but otherwise fine.

The cover is in excellent condition. All details even along the edges are clearly legible, with just a slight split about 50mm long along bottom edge where there is some rubbing. This can be seen bottom right in photo and could be neatly repaired easily, but I prefer to be absolutely transparent when describing items such as this of high collectability.If it wasn’t for the small defect I would have graded it at least Ex+.

Apart from that, the the vinyl, sleeve and cover have no rips, tears, writing or other obvious blemishes.

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Near Mint (nrM) The record looks brand new with no scuffing or any deterioration in sound quality and only the smallest hint that its ever been played. The cover and any additional extras are clean, crisp and with no wear whatsoever.

Excellent (EX) ( +/- ) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) (+/-) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
