Description

Blind Lemon Jefferson 78 " 'Lectric Chair Blues / See That My Grave Is Kept Clean " Paramount Records #12608 78 RPM ca. 1920s. Fairly rare. Books for up to $100.00 in the guides. The record has numerous scratches and scuffs on both sides. Most are light but some can be felt. Nothing bad on the A side. The B side has one that is fairly deep. It doesn't cause skips or hesitations though. None of these on either side. The B side actually plays a bit better than the A side. The A side is a bit softer. Both sides play with some sizzling and popping and crackling. No skips, hesitation , "thumps", etc. Vocals with guitar. With the right equipment, you may be able to clean up the noise. It could use a thorough cleaning also. A bit dull. I did a bit but not as good as it needs. The labels have some light wear and scratches. I only charge actual shipping. No handling. Buyer pays Priority shipping to be determined by your Zip Code. Priority ONLY on 78s. Foreign to be determined. I accept checks, money orders or you may use your credit card through PayPal or BidPay.
