Description
OFFERING A RARE DEADHEAD collectible. Two 33 1/3 samplers plus accompanying ephemera and cards from 1975 in one collection. It's missing the first Gerry Garcia sampler but it is readily available online so you can easily round out what is otherwise a GREAT FIND for serious Deadheads! All of the components are in excellent original condition and the records do not appear to have been played.
THIS SAMPLER released tracks & rough mixes that were distributed to Deadhead followers. The music is interesting as is really a union of music, biology and physics. The effect it had on the studio personnel and musicians was amazing. Garcia said it made people act as if they were high!

The original envelope it was sent in from 1975
A little inside info on the newsletters: Jerry writes how the band is taking an indefinite break from touring because they are "sort of bankrupt" and he explains how they have three plans under study which could make it possible for the band to perform.
Obviously they pulled it off. The Grateful Dead is one of the biggest groups that ever performed!!!
