Lowell Fulson 78 " Reconsider Baby / I Believe I'LL Give It Up " CHECKEr 804 78 RPM 1954. This is a Promo copy. Fairly nice overall. Shiny and plays well (for a 78). Some background noise (sizzling) with an occasional pop. A few scattered surface and scuff scratches/smudges.A couple can barely be felt. The labels have light wear and yellowing. Buyer pays Priority shipping to be determined by your ZIP. Or I will mail it by Media Mail if you wish. Foreign to be determined..
