Description
Super rare bundle of The Beatles parody Vulture figures from Disney's the Jungle Book. They were named Buzzie, Flaps, Ziggy and Dizzy and are widely believed to be a parody of the Beatles. They have something like Liverpudlian accents, and sport conspicuous mop-tops. The Sherman Brothers’ (responsible for the soundtrack) idea was to have the Beatles sing the song. But it didn’t happen – either due, according to lore, to scheduling problems, or because a grumpy John Lennon declined. Either way, there is no denying that the four vultures bare a striking resemblance for the Fab Four! The figures are very nicely made and excellent quality - each marked Disney and made of plastic. They are all in different poses and have different expressions. They measure approx 2.25" tall - 3.5" tall. Would look brilliant on display! They may have the odd paint rub/scuff but are generally in a good vintage condition. Please see photos carefully. Postage is fully insured and tracked - they have just put up their prices hence higher than we'd like charge - we never profit from postage. sold as seen and no returns.
