Description

 This is for a rare 45 of Jack Marshall from the TV Show The Munsters.  Songs are "Theme From The Munsters" / "The Ghoul" on U.S. Capitol Label 5288.

The record is in overall EX+ condition.  I am a little hesitant to grade higher until I establish myself and build a good reputation on eBay however I have a good amount of experience with records, and this is a true beauty!  The labels are clean with no ring wear.  The only thing I noticed is some light speckles under "The Ghoul" which looks like it was ink from when the label was printed.  The sleeve is a VG to VG+ with a few tiny rips along the top and some light ring wear and discoloration in the center.  There are no split seams and only very small/light creases along the bottom corners.  Overall VERY NICE collectors item!
