Description
This is the second most rare album ever produced of John Fahey. The original being the 100 or so hand pressed copies of Blind Joe Death that he did himself. Gosh, i wish i could find one of those. Anyway, this is amazing condition, other than some wear on the corners, the jacket is very clean has some wear on the corners but was kept in it's original plastic all these years. Piedmont/Takoma label C1003. This is the original 1963 pressing. The record itself is a gem. I cannot find a single scratch, smudge, nothing. Looks as if it were not played. The booklet has some creases but is all there. I am a guitarist and discovered John's incredible playing later in life and started buying up any albums i found. I have had this one for decades but decided now to start selling them as i have too much stuff and nowhere to store it anymore. I will be listing many more John Fahey albums, some in mint condition so if you are a collector save my site. I also have about half a dozen rare concert posters with John and other bands many of which are famous. I will list this for a low starting bid. Low shipping costs. I will package it very well. I'm not sure of how many of these were pressed but i do know they are very rare. If anyone has any questions please ask. Make a good offer i may let it go. Once bidding starts offers are off the table. I pissed a few people off when i ended a listing early with bids once for a good offer. I won't do that again.
