Description

Shirley Collins LP: Sweet England. Original 1959 UK pressing on the ARGO label. Cat No: RG 150. 1D; 3D matrix numbers on vinyl run off.  Laminated, flip back sleeve has very light corner wear to top and bottom left, light corner wear to top and bottom right. There are small laminate edge creases and a small area of laminate peel upper left opening of sleeve (see photo). Rear sleeve has some slight, partial discolouration. Sleeve graded EX-/EX.  Vinyl has clean labels and no spindle wear. Nice sheen to vinyl. There are only a few very light surface marks on each side that are only/more visible when held at an angle to a bright light. No deep scratches whatsoever. I have played both sides of the album. Only the occasional, barely audible light background and a couple of instances of more audible light background on playing both sides. No deterioration in sound quality, with clear sound reproduction. Vinyl graded EX. Complete with original inner sleeve. Inner graded EX+.

I have attempted to strIctly grade this very rare and highly sought after LP. This historic and beautiful album seldom turns up for sale on Ebay, there being only one other for sale on Ebay at the moment with a price that is more than I pay for my annual mortgage !
