Description
Selling this Rare Label Version of The Beatles 7" 1964 Release EP Entitled "Souvenir Of Their Visit To America".
From my research on Discogs; e-Bay and Google this label is much sought after and quite rare of the many versions that appear to be out there and its all to do with the colour; text; font of the label as well as the 'run out' data [that small, scratched info placed on the last few grooves of the vinyl shortly before the record 'ends]!
In addition I noted that the actual record cover is sought after and quite a valuable item on its own ~ presumably by those collectors who have a vinyl only copy and wish to re-marry it too its original sleeve.
Condition is all important and although I am no expert on grading, I have checked on Discogs Grading ~ they follow the "Goldmine Standard" ~ however this standard is seen by many to be a) ambiguous and B) somewhat abused!!
Looking at other versions on line available and previously sold, this seems for a 54 year old vinyl record to be in overall VG+ condition for the main, with the small exception of a couple of 'repeats' on scratches on track 3.
The original cardboard sleeve has survived very well and is as per description above and photo's.
Will be posted out 1st class signed for, well wrapped & protected and in a strong cardboard envelope / box.
Home collection is always offered to save post & packing costs. Anyone who wishes to "hear before buying", just get in touch to arrange a suitable time & date.
Will also post worldwide BUT ONLY via e-Bays Global Shipping Programme - otherwise its just domestic UK.
No returns on this item thanks - unless seriously not as described.
Listed at a bargain starting price with no reserve and no buy it now set!! All reasonable offers will be considered, though not guaranteed to be accepted :).
Please note: I am NOT a dealer, but a private seller who is just downsizing having retired this year and selling on some of the items I know longer wish to store or own and to raise "retirement" funds.
Most of my items deserve to have a new owner & a home where they can continue to be looked after, enjoyed and saved for future generations.
Please check out my other eclectic items we are parting with - something may tickle your fancy :).
Thanks for looking, happy e-Baying and good luck if bidding :).
