Description

LOVELY CONDITION Original UK copy of the 1968 album "In Loving Memory" (Tamla Motown TML 11124) MONO. VERY RARE album, seldom seen, featuring the following Motown artists, singing their own tribute to Mrs Loucye G.Wakefield, who was Vice-President of The Motown Record Organisation, but had recently died. Various Motown artists recorded their own personal tributes in song to her memory, hence this album, which is now VERY HARD-TO-FIND, especially in this condition!! Tracks include "Just A Closer Walk With Thee"(Gladys Knight & The Pips), "The Lord's Prayer" (The Temptations), "Rock Of Ages" (Smokey Robinson & The Miracles) etc etc.As already stated, both the vinyl and sleeve(with flipbacks etc) are in NEAR-MINT CONDITION!! If you require any further details about this VERY RARE item, please contact me.
