Description

This is a VERY RARE vinyl album issued in the UK on TAMLA MOTOWN TML 11124. It was issued as adedication album to honiour the passing of Loucye Wakefield and there are tracks by Gladys, Stevie, Smokie, Harvey, Marvin, Temptations, 4 Tops, Diana, Martha. It is not a sad, wailing gospel set but more of a great outpouring of joy with a distinct Motown feel behind it. The vinyl plays exceptionally well and I'll grade it as Ex+. The sleeve is great as well with no real major creases. The previous owner has put her name ('Nina') on the top right hand corner with dymo tape. This can be removed using lighter fuel to 'crack' the glue on it. A very poor seller when it came out and ignored by Motown collectors this is a real treat to listen to. There is no reserve and opening bid is £29.99 - which is exceptionally realistic.
