An original mono pressing of one of the all time California psych classics. The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band's roots are with it's musical leaders Don & Shawn Harris, who's first band was with two guys who later ended up in The Sunrays, a prefab surf band put together by Murry Wilson after being ousted as manager of The Beach Boys. After a brush with legendary rock svengali Kim Fowley the band released an independent LP in 1966 financed by their manager Bob Markley, and after making a bit of a splash on the L.A. club circuit released this classic LP in 1967, the first of three on Reprise. A great deal of mystery surrounded this group for years & consequently this pop psych masterpiece was largely overlooked in its day.
This gorgeous original mono pressing is in stunning condition, the record is flawless & the cover is pristeen. It even comes with its original generic Reprise inner sleeve. Amazing!
A POISTIVELY BEAUTIFUL COPY OF THIS RARE PSYCH GEM!! DON'T PASS THIS ONE BY!!!
