Description

RARE Rockabilly 45 Record Jimmy Gray Two Timer 1959 (never played). Condition is New. Free shipping within U.S.via USPS Priority Mail.

This is a never played 7” record from 1959 that was producedby RD Globe Records, Logan, Ohio by Dewey Ringhiser.  Jimmy was 16 at the time of the writing,copywriting, and recording of Two Timer. Record had one and onlypressing at RCA in Indianapolis, and had very limited distribution in central Ohio.  Two Timer has become quite a collector's item since itspost on YouTube in 2009 by a California collector, and has been included onseveral CD albums of “rockabilly best hits” and has become popular in EuropeanRockabilly circles, particularly in UK, France, Sweden, Spain. and Germany.  Jim hasbeen inducted into the Rockabilly Hall of Fame as a"Legend" songwriter and performer.

The flip side, My Wish, is a slow dance ballad (alsowritten by Jim) and was originally considered the lead side with a lovely guitarride, and is also on YouTube.  Record sale comes with certificate ofauthenticity signed by Jim, a copy of Jim's Hall of Fame certificate, and asigned high school graduation photo from Scioto Valley High of OstranderOhio.  Free USPS Priority shipping within US; International salesshipped via USPS International Priority Mail with additional charge of $35 USdollars.
