  RARE Rolling Stones 1st Pressing LP - WHITE LABEL MONO PROMO - NO Poster - NICE

One of the rarest Rolling Stones' LP's is this 1964 WHITE LABEL PROMO 1st Pressing USA MONO LP "England's Newest Hitmakers" on London LL3375.

All the good things that make this an actual 1st pressing are present. The White Record Labels have the boxed "London ffrr" and are each marked "MADE IN ENGLAND", "NOT FOR SALE" and numbered "LL3375DJ". Both Labels are in EX condition with clear and bright printing. NO writing, marks, stickers, rips, etc. They are very nice.

Front cover shows the "Free full color photo" inside offer, but NOTE: There is NO photo/poster included in this auction.

Record vinyl is still glossy and is a VG+ (see grading below). I played it this morning and was pleasantly surprised. Production #'s XARL-6291-3A & XARL-6292-3A are clearly visible in the record's run-outs.

The promo sticker on the Front Cover has been, unfortunately,  partially removed. Otherwise, the Front Cover is a very strong VG+ (I almost want to say EX-, but I'll stay at a strong VG+). NO seam splitting, NO writing, NO rips and edges show only minor wear. Nice for an almost 50 year old Cover. NOTE: There is a white spot on Bill's hair that is NOT a wear mark. It appears to be a flaw in the original printing of the Front Cover. I have run my finger over the spot and it feels no different than the rest of the cover.

Back Cover has some light wear, mostly along the bottom, but is still VG+ overall with all the printing in nice condition. There is a 1" long rough spot along the cover bottom below Bill's pic, but that's all.

Record comes in plain white generic inner sleeve.

If anyone would like a picture of a certain area, let me know & I'll try to get it on the listing.

The $4.00 shipping cost given is for the USA ONLY. Overseas bidders are to disregard that amount and MUST e-mail me for actual shipping cost to their country BEFORE bidding, or I will remove the bid. All customs and other costs to overseas winner is winner's responsiblity.

This is a RESERVE auction (it's NOT in the multi-$100's!!!). Get close & I'll lift it so someone else can enjoy this rare LP.

Record & Cover Grading

SS = new, still sealed
M- = record in unplayed condition. Cover close to perfect with only very minor signs of wear or age.
EX = record has slightly visible minor scuffs, but NO Scratches. Will not distract significantly from the sound. Cover may have very slight wear, or wear at corners or edges, but nothing that detracts from the artwork. Nice collectible condition.
VG+ = vinyl still has great luster; record shows wear and surface scuffs. Flaws will be noticeable to the naked eye. There may be a few ticks or pops, but nothing major. A virtually clean cover, but may have Very small writing, staple holes or price sticker or residue on it, but NOT in artwork. Artwork is clean, but with slightly more aging. No stains or water damage.
VG = overall record wear, but no skips or serious defects; more noisy sound during quiet passages. Cover may have tears or seam splits or moderate ring wear or writing.
G = various snaps, crackles and pops on record, but No skips. Heavy ring wear on cover. May have taped seams, moderate to heavy writing on cover or label. Artwork has writing or sticker, etc.
P = Poor condition. Heavy wear, skips on record. Cover with heavy ring wear, tears, etc. Will fill collection until something better comes along. Record can still be used for display purposes
