  RARE Allied 78RPM One-Sided Radiodisc, Ginger Rogers, Vivacious Lady
RKO Pictures 1938
"YOU'LL BE REMEMBERING ME"

For your consideration is this ultra-rare Allied Phonograph one-sided RADIODISC featuring GINGER ROGERS singing "You'll Be Remembering Me" from the 1938 RKO Radio Pictures production of "VIVACIOUS LADY".
This may be a one-of a-kind recording, as I haven't been able to find anything in my searches. Some searches led me to believe that Allied Phonograph & Record Mfg. Co. produced these for the armed forces during WWII to be played at base radio stations.
Other information states that this could have been produced for RKO Radio Pictures as a live on-air broadcast in the U.S. to promote the film and it's star, Ginger Rogers.

 
10" Single-sided 78 RPM with hand-typed label in very good condition.
The reverse has BEAUTIFUL embossing which reads: "ALLIED PHONOGRAPH & RECORD CO. RADIODISC, Hollywood, California."

VG to VG+ Several light scratches and some small scruffs that will not effect sound quality.

This will be carefully packed and boxed for safe arrival.
