Description
This a very RARE South African alt cover of the Rolling Stones vinyl lp Their Satanic Majesties Request.
Produced by Decca in 1967, this alt cover is titled, The Stones Are Rolling, It's Here.
I took a lot of photos, including of all four corners. There's a big wrinkle on the lower left corner. The previous owner's name, "Simmonds," is on the record label, which also has scuffs from putting the record on the player. Numerous scratches on the album itself, but none appear deep enough to make it skip.
If you're looking at this listing, chances are you're a collector or buying for a collector. And if this will be part of a Stones collection, then the recipient has or can easily find a clean copy of TSMR for playing.
This will be part of the collection because it's a rare, and difficult to obtain, overseas (South Africa only, as far as I know) print of one of the Stones' many classic albums.
