Description
Here is a RARE album from my collection offered up for sale: An original 1957 "Patsy Cline" her first album, released in by DECCA Records DL 8611 Long Play Mono. This vintage 1st pressing has the 1950's rigid style vinyl and cover has old price sticker on the front, record is in a baggie inner sleeve, has some marks but still plays through, MEGA RARE collectable!
The vinyl grades G, has some light marks and a few small more moderate marks, also has some loss of gloss due to what could be a dull needle or heat, not sure, there is no visible warp. PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with very good sound quality, clear sound with some errant light pops, more moderate surface noise can be heard at start of side two but quiets up quickly as disc plays, no skips or jumps, an enjoyable listen!. The baggie inner sleeve is clean, no splits.
The cover rates VG, clean bright portrait of Patsy with no ring wear, top has pen writing that has been 75% removed (unnoticeable - if you look closely it says " ?. . . hope you like it", nothing offensive), edges and corners have only light wear but binder and bottom partial split were neatly taped (binder not readable), has a stamp on the back.
