Description
These two LPs are test pressings for a Benziger Bros. release titled "Word & Worship 8" which appears to be part of a continued series or set of devotional records. They are pressed on two 12 Inch 33 RPM vinyl with blue colored printed labels with Catalog Numbers DC8001 and DC 8003. Approximately 8 tracks were performed by the North Shore Long Island Rock Band and recording artists "The Phaetons". This was recorded sometime in the late 1960's to early 1970's and were in possession of the recording artists for their review. It is labeled "BENZIGER BROS. Word & Worship 8" and contains approximately 8 songs performed by The Phaeton's personnel and are marked on the labels with a "dash" near each applicable track. Other tracks are chorale or classical numbers. Both LPs are in Very Good Plus condition with light scuffs and rubs and show a few hairline marks or light scratches - play quality is Very Good and all tracks play well although light pop-clicks or light background noise does occur in a few places.
