REG AUSTIN MY SADDEST DAY 1965 PYE 7N 15885 RGM JOE MEEK
On offer is the REG AUSTIN 45 rpm entitled MY SADDEST DAY c/w I’LL FIND HER released in the UK on PYE 7N 15885 in 1965. Both sides of this release were Joe Meek Productions.
The disc is in lovely EX/EX+ condition. It has lovely clear labels and clean vinyl and comes housed in an original PYE INTERNATIONAL label sleeve. It has rarely been played and has been extremely well looked after over the years. You can check out these 2 Joe Meek productions on youtube where someone has kindly made them available for all to hear. The uptempo beat B side – I’ll find her – is my personal favourite and bears the hallmarks of a classic Joe Meek / RGM production.
