Description

It's always a problem grading these lovely old SKA records.

They went to lots of parties.

That means that they're a bit battered and that's why many have names written on the label.

HOWEVER... they're usually cut VERY LOUD and though they look a bit rough, they sound OK (especially if you press the "Mono" button).

This means that a 60's Ska goodie can be perfectly acceptable, even if it looks R.A.A.B.B. (Rough As A Bear's Bottom)..

Please “bear” that in mind when reading my descriptions.

Here we have (Eric) Monty Morris on Pama Records PM 721, a Vinyl 7" 45 RPM disc.  It was released in 1968 and the titles are "Say What You're Saying" and "Tears In Your Eyes".  The producer was the indefatigable Clancy Eccles (did he ever find time to sleep?) and I commend it to the house. Condition-wise, it looks quite scrofulous and scruffy, but the surface marks are mostly from being stored alongside othe sleeveless wonders. They aren't feelable and the vast majority of them are inaudible, especially with the "mono" button pressed.
Sooooo.. let's call it a very strong useful VG that plays much better than it looks.
There is some wear just round the spindle 'ole (didn't a young Judy Garland sing that? "Somewhere, Just Round The Spindle 'Ole") and somebody called "DMc" has written his name with a biro on both sides (see remarks in red, above) and we all rather wish he hadn't. Buy now or forever hold your pea-shooter.

I am not a dealer.

I am just a very old bloke thinning out his lifetime collection of STUFF before the floor collapses (or I do).

I'm selling most of this stuff for much less

than I paid for it.

What a great business plan (I don't think)!

I am certainly NOT INTERESTED IN PROFIT..

..and indeed, seldom make any!

What little profit I do make goes to help

a very splendid Wildlife Rescue Charity.

I have described everything to the best of my ability, and it looks in excellent condition to me.
