Description
Up for auction is a very clean and rare promo copy of the R.E.M. album "Dead Letter Office" along with a super rare Sissy magazine-only promo single "Dark Globe":

Condition:
The cover is in beautiful condition with no significant signs of age or wear. Front and back are clean, no ring wear, no rubbing losses. Seams are strong, no splits, no losses. Corners are sharp, not bumped. One tiny bump on right open edge (not worth mentioning). Very well-preserved original copy. Grade: Near Mint (NM).
The vinyl is also in beautiful condition, still retains its original glossy shine. No scratches or scuffs, just some light superficial signs of having been taken out of paper inner sleeve a few times. Labels are clean, unmarked. I've owned this record for 30 years, archived it, un-played. Maybe played once or twice. Very clean. Grade: Near Mint (NM).

Condition:
No sleeve on this record. The floppy thin vinyl is in good condition, nice shine, but shows a light crease and a surface scuff, but the record plays through just fine with no skips or clicks. Play-Tested: record plays fine, but these floppy magazine releases do not have the best sound quality, but it's still enjoyable as an ultra rarity. Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+)
