Just listened to album all the way through in order to accurately and honestly grade vinyl and was reminded what an amazing album this is, full of hits and lesser known gems. Not as polished as the albums to come later, but in Murmur the young songcrafters of REM announce their arrival. A stunning debut.
This is a rare Promotional Copy sent to me by the label after I reviewed REM’s Chronic Town for Fullerton College newspaper.
Media/Vinyl VG…some surface scratches and light surface noise but overall good warm sound. No skips.
Sleeve VG… crisp, clean, no marks. Normal edge and corner wear. Sleeve assessment can be pretty subjective so please see photos
Inlay VG… clean, no marks. With seam splits. (See photos)
