Description

Up for auction is a super rare original copy of the R.E.M. album "Automatic For The People" originally released in Europe on Warner Brothers Records (WX 488) in 1992.

-Guaranteed original pressing, not recent reissue
-Rare GEMA/BIEM European pressing
-Alsdorf mastering stamp in run-out
-1A/1B first pressing stamps in run-out
-Original inner sleeve
-Hype sticker on cover
-From my personal collection

Condition:
Cover is very nice, looks clean, no ring wear.  Back to edge has a tiny chip.  Seams are nice, no splits.  Corners nice, light rub.  Very attractive cover.  Grade: Excellent (EX).

Vinyl is in beautiful shape, still has its original high glossy shine.  No apparent scratches or scuffs, just some very faint signs of having been taken out of paper inner sleeve a couple times.  Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes, indicating little previous play.  Been in my collection since new, played once, then archived.  Very well-preserved.  Grade: Near Mint (NM).
