DISC: EXCELLENT MINUS. NO MARKS SCRATCHES, JUST TWO FINGERPRINTS.  DISC HAS PROBABLY ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED ONCE. CLEAN LABELS.

Upon return of merchandise we will always refund in full any item genuinely defective or if we have made an error. 
Paypal and some other payment services no longer refund the fees it charges sellers for refunds of full [or part of] an order, or for order cancellations after payment has already been made.  
Any customer that cancels a paid-for order before shipment, or returns items for any other reason than defective or seller error, will receive a full refund MINUS any fees that Paypal and some other payment services keep from the seller.  This fee varies depending on the amount of the purchase, but is usually 3-4% of the total value of the purchase, including shipping.
