This is a Funky-Soul LP, paired with the idea of revamping Square Dancing. With original booklet.
From NYT Obituary, 1986: “The Rev. Frederick Douglass Kirkpatrick, a Baptist minister who was
an associate of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in the Southern Christian Leadership Conference,
died Aug. 16 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was 53 years old and lived in Manhattan. Mr. Kirkpatrick,
who also was a guitarist, square-dance caller and singer, was director of folk culture for the
Southern Christian Leadership Conference. He composed ''Everybody's Got a Right to Live,''
one of the anthems of the civil-rights marches in the 1960’s."
