COVER: VG++ gatefold cover solid and clean. Has some corner wear/ crease upper left.
VINYL : VG++. Vinyl is very shiny, clean almost near mint. Light 1 inch hairline, side 2. Bit of edge pressing staining.
LABEL CONDITION: near perfect white Mercury promo labels.

COMMENTS: US original WHITE LABEL PROMO album. The “2nd” solo LP from Rod after his split from The Jeff Beck Group. A classic LP in many ways, probably finer than his debut, if that’s possible!! 9 great songs, such as, Gasoline Alley, It’s All Over, Country Comfort, Cut Across Shorty, and more.
This is my 26th year of successfully selling records on eBay!!! I take extreme care in buying and selling ONLY vinyl that is NEAR MINT, or very close to it. I specialize in collecting and selling PROMOTIONAL albums that are mainly from the 60s and 70s, in jazz and rock n roll!!!! PROMO albums are usually 1st pressings, they get released prior to the stock copies, and are generally as close to the master tape as the listener can obtain. They are pressed in extremely limited quantities and many get trashed by radio stations. But, collecting them in top quality has been my interest for many years. I also sell some hard to find original stock US and UK albums. AS ALWAYS.......ALL records are from MY OWN PERSONAL collection of over 50 years.....and NO JUNK!!!!
ALL my vinyl is visually graded and then play graded on my REGA P3 turntable, through a McIntosh MA6300 integrated amplifier, and 2 original JBL Century 100 speakers.
I clean all my records with a PROFESSIONAL Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine and pack ALL records carefully!!! FIRST, the records are cleaned, then placed in the inner sleeve outside of the record cover and inserted into a clear plastic outer record sleeve. SECOND, albums are bubble wrapped for safely and mailed in a STRONG cardboard record mailer box!!!
