This is a UK 1st press of 'Goats Head Soup' by The Rolling Stones. This earliest press is complete with the 2 original inserts, the earliest A2/B1 matrix, the original plain white inner sleeve and matt gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. There is a sensational jet black gloss. There are no significant signs of play, every track is superb there are just a couple of very light wispy marks. The label is superb, the yellow is exceptionally bold and the black text is immaculate. There is the very slightest spindle wear.
The vinyl is complete with the original plain inner sleeve in Excellent condition.
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and vibrant. There is superb separation and clarity throughout.
The two original inserts are are very firm and bright. The credit insert has a couple of marks by the tracks otherwise it is completely clean. The goat insert is superb.
The matt heavy card gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition. It is extremely clean and bright. The image is unworn, the text is sharp and the yellow is still extremely vivid. There is the very slightest wear to the corrners and bottom edge but this is pretty insignificant, it is still in superb condition. The inside is like new.
