Up for auction is an original, PROMOTIONAL LP from 1967:
The Rolling Stones' "THEIR SATANIC MAJESTIES REQUEST", London NPS-2
This records sports the PURPLE London labels with the Unauthorized Public Performance perimeter print. These are not the blue labels, though my pics have a blue cast to them, these labels are deep PURPLE and in absolute MINT CONDITION. I am never comfortable stating that a record is UNPLAYED. But I cannot find any evidence that this vinyl has ever felt the weight of a phonograph needle. Pristine vinyl and labels. Their are no detectable spindle marks on either side of this record. Perfect except for the smallest of scuffs on Side 2. But you have to look for it.
The cover has some shelf wear. Someone tried to peel off the PROMO label in the lower left front corner. Promo punch hole appears in the upper front right corner. Someone has scribbled above that punch hole. There is no other writing. The spine has no type. There are no splits. Top edges have wear. As you can see, the gatefold is strong. The interior graphics are in NEAR MINT condition. NOTE: This is not the Lenticular cover. I have taken pictures to show you the original printed cover sans the lenticular (3D) art. Also, the crop on the cover artwork is tighter and only shows the John Lennon and George Harrison hidden heads. Ringo and Paul are cropped out.
The inner sleeve is in beautiful condition except for a 2" split along the bottom edge. I've got plenty o'pics to peruse, so please do so.

Please email for accurate shipping info particularly if you are outside the U.S. I will accommodate all shipping requests as best I can. We add two bucks to shipping. We don't make money on shipping, folks. Just helps with some of the costs. We prefer PayPal, but US checks are accepted. Items will ship after checks clear, so it slows thing down.
