On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called 'Through The Past Darkly' and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st pressing on the 1st Press UNBOXED Decca label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS 1ST PRESSED IN ULTRA RARE MONO!!!! WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED BACK IN 1969 - VIRTUALLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING WAS MADE IN STEREO - WITH VIRTUALLY NONE IN MEGA RARE MONO!!!! AS A RESULT THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A MEGA RARE MONO 1ST PRESSING!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS UNBOXED RED MONO DECCA LABEL, 1ST PRESS 'OCTAGONAL' RED MONO INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' LAMINATED 'OCTAGONAL' COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN MEGA RARE MONO - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK UNBOXED Decca MONO 1st pressing from 1969 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LK 5019 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press UNBOXED Decca Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Rolling Stones at their best!!!! Any fan of The Rolling Stones, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, only an absolute ULTRA faint residue trace on the Side 1 label (NOT a tear - and looks FAR more noticeable in my pictures than in reality - it is as light as it gets!), and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, only 2 or 3 light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Red MONO inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! The 1st Press Laminated 'Octagonal' Gatefold Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), NO rips, NO tears, NO splits and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in AWESOME condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO staining, NO rubbing, and NO writing!!!! The cover must grade FULL Excellent if not better!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN MEGA RARE MONO - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
