1969 UK MONO LP

This is the first press MONO ~~A1~A2 matrix issue~~~the complete package with poster (Excellent condition) stickered sleeve and special inner (creasing but complete and without deletions). The album sounds stunning with the fuller Mono mix and I can see why this is the sought after issue. Although NOT mint (see below) the Lp still sounds really good and I don't think you will be disappointed~~it is a long time since I have seen this seminal Lp offered complete and at an affordable bid price.

OVERALL CONDITION

SLEEVE~VG+

(slight rear ringwear but nothing serious)

VINYL~VG+

I have listened to the Lp and it plays without any skips, jumps or distortion. However there are spindle marks and some light scuffs on the playing surface but NO felt marks. There is slight surface noise for a few seconds at the start of the Lp and on track 2, Love In Vain. There is some occasional very light surface noise over quieter passages while on the whole, side 2 is really good, including the final track 'You Can't Always Get What You Want'. The Lp is almost 40 years old so it is hard to find the perfect copy and I am sure you won't be disappointed with this VG+ graded LP.

GRADING I grade records firstly visually and sample aurally for overall sound quality. Should you feel I have misgraded please remember that I offer a full NO QUIBBLE refund or agreed price reduction if I am off the mark.

NEAR MINT (NM)~~a top copy~audio listening and visual grading has not revealed any imperfections. Lp is guaranteed to sound superb and shows very little sign of playing.

NEAR EXCELLENT (EX or EX+)~~careful visual inspection audio sampling has not revealed any major imperfections such as clicks or skips~~the LP should sound superb and it will be hard to find a better copy. Sleeve and any inserts/inners are in excellent shape. You will not be disappointed.

VG+~~ audio listening has revealed some surface noise or the odd crackle. Visually the Lp may have light scuffs but nothing major though has obviously been played regularly. Sleeve might have light creases or ringwear. The Lp and sleeve will be fine until a better copy comes along.

Remember this is NOT a mint or excellent condition album.

STILL PERFECTLY PLAYABLE AND STILL AN ACCEPTABLE SOUND!!

VG~~not great and will have spindle wear, surface noise and crackles but I will flag up this grading rarely. However, NO deep felt scratches and it should track OK on your deck. This will do till a better copy comes along but is probably worth it for rarity value.
