NOTE:   ......Rose Murphy was known as "the chee chee" girl because she had a way of adding "chee chee" to many of her numbers.   Here she is presented with a quartet on her first recordings.  Most likely Slam Stewart on Bass........

1940's STUDIO MATERIAL.   FEATURING:  Rose Murphy & her quartet.

TUNES:  I cant give you anything but love, Honeysuckle rose, Sweet georgia brown, My blue heaven, Dese bones gwine rise again, I declare this world is in bad condition, Little david play on your harp, Go down moses.
