The Alabama Washboard Stompers play "I Surrender Dear" on 78rpm

Race Series Vocalion 1626.


Sis Belle sings the nice vocal refrain. (listed as Sis Beale in

discographies-which is correct?)


On the other side, the Stompers do "Treat Me Like A Baby" with Jake

Fenderson doing the vocal refrain.


Both sides recorded in New York in March of 1931.


The record is in V+ condition with surface scratches, faint noise.
