Description

 Here we have the legendary heavy psych Population II LP by guitar god Randy Holden (Blue Cheer, The Other Half) with Chris Lockheed (Kak) on drums and organ.  On the Hobbit Records label HB-5002 dating from 1969/1970, trail off in vinyl reads 6-137-1-D Stereo / 6-138-1-D Stereo.  Cover looks VG+ overall, minor seamwear, ringwear ofc, bb hole in center and faded trace of ink stamp ofc near the bb hole (long defunct used record shop), back cover looks crisp, $1.95 written inside jacket.  Vinyl looks and plays EXC, very minor background noise through headphones between tracks (a result of the GRT/Hobbit mastering and pressing).  BB hole through label, otherwise sharp, green and clean - no marks.  This is definately a keeper copy of one of the best and rarest psychedelic albums of all time - it pretty much sounds like an avalanche of flaming sludge.  It's also probably the loudest record I've ever heard.  The minor signs of age and bb hole prove beyond a doubt that this is an original pressing.  Don't miss this one!  Priority shipping and handling within the U.S. runs about $7 Worldwide airmail shipping and handling runs about $14.
