Sophie Tucker (January 13, 1886 – February 9, 1966) was a Russian/Ukrainian-born American singer and actress. Known for her stentorian delivery of comical and risqué songs, she was one of the most popular entertainers in America during the first half of the 20th century. She was widely known by the nickname "The Last of the Red Hot Mamas."

This 1924 record features the incomparable Sophie Tucker singing Mama Goes Where Papa Goes (or Papa Don't Go Out Tonight). The B side features the song Hula Lou. Both labels feature the song titles in English and in Yiddish. The record is in excellent condition with very minor pin scratches and scuffing. Next week I will be listing a number of Sophie Tucker records on the Okeh Electric black label. Buyer will include $5 for shipping, including cost of packing materials.
