For Auction:

This lp came from a collection I purchased last week. This IS A 1967 ELVIS RCA-VICTOR LABEL LP # LPM-3758 "How Great Thou Art" PROMO LP.  The original owner kept all his lps in poly lined sleeves.  He played them, but took very good care of them.  This lp has been taken well care of.  I do not see ELVIS PROMO LPS in this condition very often if ever.  The cover is beautiful WITH THE EMBOSSED PROMO STAMPING ON THE UPPER LEFT CORNER.  That in itself is just so unusual.  There is a nice color and sheen to the cover, and the package overall is really nice.

LP: Beautiful full gloss 1967 first issue MONO vinyl.  I have seen a couple of these early Elvis promo lps in the past.  A woman came into a record show in Indianapolis, IN, a few years back.  Her husband was the plant manager at the local RCA pressing plant.  She had a half dozen of these, and none of them were white labels.  I know that some of these Elvis promos have special numbers on them - at least some of the 45's do.  This label has TPRM-1893 in parenthesis under the LPM-3758 catalog number.  Dynagroove LP is a solid NM- without any major issues.  The grooves are just beautiful and shiney - the record looks like brand new.  Labels are NM.  Record plays like new without any noise.

INCLUDES A MORE RARE PROMO INNER SLEEVE WITH ALL OF THE KINGS LPS UP TO THAT POINT IN TIME LISTED.  SLEEVE IS NM- WITH SMALL SPLIT AT THE BOTTOM.

COVER:    Cover is a nice NM- !  Seams are perfect and color graphics are bold and look new.  Just a tiny nick on the two left corner tips.  Just a little soiling on back center that looks like it can be removed.  AND OF COURSE - HAS THE PROMO STAMP!  Comes with an acid free outside clear mylar sleeve!
