Rare Paramount Pictures Electrical Transcription - featuring Paramount Studio Orchestra, directed by Nathaniel Finston 12-inch, 78rpm - Single-sided Victor shellac pressing - Victor logo pressed on blank reverse Victor mx. 68451   Recorded in Hollywood, March 18, 1933
Recording of "Musical Hits from 'A Bedtime Story" - 1933 film starring Maurice Chevalier This Promotional / Exploitation was specially recorded for this record... It is not merely a dubbing from soundtrack recordings. Announcer talks about the film, and introduces a medley of 4 musical numbers - songs featured in the film. The Paramount Orchestra plays an instrumental medley, including some great peppy, up-tempo, fast paced versions of songs. Song titles played are  "In The Park In Paree" - "Look What I've Got" - "Home Made Heaven" - "Monsieur Baby" Maurice Chevalier is NOT heard on this record... Only the announcer and The Paramount Studio Orchestra. Nat Finston directs the fabulous Paramount Studio Orchestra V+ to E- condition... plays well.  Media Mail is $8.50 within the U.S. Postage extra outside of U.S., will be estimated and invoiced for England, Canada or Japan Please wait for my invoice before paying...
