Description

Shake Down - Savoy Brown Blues Band. UK 1st pressing on red Decca label with unboxed logo. (Decca LK 4883 mono). Matrix ARL 7887-1A / ARL 7888A. Vinyl has substantial hairline surface marking and to be honest when I first saw it I thought it was beyond rescuing. However I played  the record all through on my Goldring Lenco GL75 and it still sounds great. Still plays so very well, just occasionally some light hiss and crackle in the quieter passages. Cover is in fair to good condition, no tears or rips , just creasing to open edge and corners, a bit grimy on back surface of cover. Spine edge with titles on still crisp clear and undamaged.(see photos).
