 PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BUYING & PAYING!FOR sale is this Rare 1950,Frank Sinatra"Dedicated to You"two-record 45 rpm Extended Play Fold out Sleeve album set (two songs per side)The records are labled B-197-1&4,5-1039 & B-197-2&3,5-1040...Columbia Records..The Sleeve is in good condition with light surface scratches/scuffs/grime,but there are 3 tears in the outer spines that start on the outsides and go inwards..Here is the list of the tracks of the 2 45's:

Best known, perhaps, is Irving Berlin's Always, written in 1924. This lovely waltz is deceptively simple, and a splendid example of Berlin's craftmanship in composing a song. After its initial popularity subsided, Always continued to be one of those songs that is frequently heard, and appeared again at the top of the hit lists during the Forties. Another well-known song is Why Was I Born, written for the 1929 musical, "Sweet Adeline" by Jerome Kern and Oscar Hammerstein II, and it is another example of a song duplicating its original success after the passage of several years. Where Or When, of course, is the unforgettable romantic ballad composed for "Babes In Arms" by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart..
In None But The Lonely Heart, Frank Sinatra sings the familiar Tchaikovsky song with superb delicacy and feeling, demonstrating that compositions of serious proportions lie well within his talents. This same perceptive singing is heard in I Love You, another concert song, which is the English adaptation of Edvard Grieg's "Ich Liebe Dich," Op. 5, No. 3. In both these numbers, Sinatra gives ample evidence that his interpretations are far from the casual singing they seem to be; the very simplicity he achieves is the result of keen musical intelligence applied to the material at hand. Strange Music, adapted from Grieg's "Wedding Day At Troldhaugen," was first heard in "Song Of Norway," the 1944 operetta based loosely on Grieg's life..
