Description

Hi, this auction is for an extremely rare German test pressing of the trooper from 1983.  The vinyl has a pop out centre, white label and reads “ Unverkäufliche Musterplatte” “Der verkauf der platte wird wegen verletzung des urheberrechts stafrechtlich verfolgt” the vinyl has been played so has a few marks but is generally in good condition.  The outer sleeve is printed, “muster zu ihrer information” as well as this some one has written “ Iron Maiden The Trooper Fri 8/7/83”.  Also included is the label copy of the information sheet.   This details all the information related to the release such as catalogue number, song titles, producer, composer, date of tape approval (21.6.83) etc.  The sheet has been signed for approval in two places (I assume one is the manufacturer and one is the label).  Also included is an unfixed British label relating to the single.  I have no idea why this was included; if any one has any theories I would be extremely interested to hear them.  I have decided to downsize some of my metal collection by selling some foreign pressings and swaps, so please look at my other auctions for more items.  I will combine postage costs for multiple buys.  Thanks for looking if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask I always respond.   Up the Irons (and the Owls!) \m/
