Description
Piper at the gates of dawn rare South African pressing. Columbia JSX 6157
Sleeve:G (Laminate pull in the top left corner which has created a distortion in the spine (last photo indicates this).No seam splits but corner wear. No wear to top and bottom edges. Wear to opening. Laminate creasing in places. Ring impression and marks to back of cover as indicated by the photos.)
Vinyl: G+ (plays between G+ and VG. There is light surface noise throughout. It is not overpowering and the music is still very much to the forefront. It becomes a bit more noticeable during quieter moments (such as the first track). There are also occasional tics in places. There are light scratches, which are not feelable (with one's fingernail). Under strong light you will see many sleeve lines/hairlines. Both labels have a number of spindle marks.
