Scarce lp: DAVID AXELROD - Heavy Axe - Fantasy 9456; top-copy original pressing, jacket still in shrink; released in 1974. 

Condition: NM-/EX (glossy and clean vinyl except for one soft 4-inch scuff that I can't hear - plays EX or better; jacket is very clean in the shrink but has some minor rubbing to corners).
