Description
I have up for auction a record (Longer Playing 12" 78) on a very interesting blue and gold NATION'S FORUM label, Columbia Graphophone Company, circa 1920. I believe this record relates to the upcoming Presidential election with James Cox running against Warren Harding. One side is by James M. Cox, a Speech entitled "Confidence In Government" and label also has his picture at the top of label. Other side by Columbia Band with "Our Director March". Bottom of both labels also has 'N.F. 19' and I am not sure what that is. (Incidentally, Cox, the Democrat lost the election). The record is in very good condition, not a lot of wear and scuffs or scratches are light and almost all surface variety, none deep. A lamination imperfection during latter part of Cox side, probably some light ticks, but not overbearing. A really neat historical collectible!!!
