The Rebel Rousers - Should I/ As I Look (Fontana TF 973)
The Rebel Rousers are mostly known as Cliff Bennett's backing band but they did record this single without him. In the late 60's, they came to Beirut, Lebanon because they got a contract to be the resident band for several weeks at a very famous Beirut club called Le Locomotive. The Philips Record Company in Lebanon released this special edition of their single with a picture sleeve that had the name of the club Le Locomotive on the sleeve.
This very rare Fontana 45 rpm single was pressed in Lebanon by Philips Liban. The If you look at the scan, you will see that it says on the label Made In Lebanon. The record is in EX- condition. The original owner has scribbled something on the label (see scan). An extremely rare item!!!!!
