   For sale is Rich Kids' Ghosts Of Princes In Towers, originally released in 1978 by EMI Records in the U.K. and imported into the U.S. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched "Strawberry", followed by the matrix numbers  1-U/1-U. This indicates that it was mastered at Strawberry Mastering in London and that an early stamper was used to make this record. These are hallmarks of superior sound quality from state-of-the-art engineering and sought after by collectors and music lovers. I bought this album new, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into a MFSL archival inner sleeve. I always put my records directly into a protective inner sleeve, thus preserving the vinyl and any inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come originally with the release. The inner sleeve is Near Mint. The cover is graded as VG+ because of a crease in the laminate of the front cover and a 1/4" strip of un-laminated cardboard along the edge of the opening on both sides of the jacket. The spine is Near Mint. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint, and play graded as Near Mint, a perfect pressing. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment and still has a lot of life yet. This is the best copy of this very rare record that I have ever seen or heard and you would be hard pressed to find this album in this condition ever again.
