Description
“Androids” Celebration/ASI Records #CB-5002. Original 1974 pressing. Here’s a review stolen from dustygroove.com. Obscure album of spacey fusion grooves, played by a group that includes Robert Rockwell on reeds, plus the great Bobby Lyle on piano and electric piano. Lyle's presence on the album is really what makes it strong, and his electric piano work in particular gives the album a nice groove at times. There's not really any heavy funk numbers on here, but there are some nice moments if you dig spacey 70's fusion. Titles include "Androids", "Elvin's Waltz", "Todos Nosotros", and "On the Edge". Both the cover & vinyl are in VG++ condition. Cover has a sticker mark on the rear. All seams are intact.
