Description
A bundle of vinyl LPs from the 60s and 70s
I have had no turntable since the early 1980s. All assessments are therefore from a visual inspection and my knowledge of the LPs.
1. 10 cc GREATEST HITS 1972-1978 MERCURY 9102 504 Cover is in very good condiiton. The disc is in impeccable condition hardly played by me and bought from new in the late 1970s.
2. EAGLES THEIR GREATEST HITS 1971-1975 ASYLUM RECORDS K 53107 The jacket is in very good condition, but it is of a poor quality, quite thin cardboard. Not sure if the paper sleeve is original. The disc is in very good condition, with no scratches.
3. BREAKING GLASS HAZEL O'CONNOR A&M AMLH 64820 1980 Jacket front cover has a scratch across the centre. See photo. The disc is in very good condition. LP was bought by me at the time of issue, just before I gave up on turntable vinyl.
4. MARC BOLAN AND T. REX BEST OF 20th CENTURY BOY K-TEL NE 1297 This double album is not featured in the composite picture as it has been added later. I was going to sell it separately, but decided to put it in this bundle. The gatefold jacket is in poor condition, having been damaged on the front cover and on the inside illustrations which appear to have stuck together at some point (before I got it). The discs are in excellent pristine condition. I have posted up two photos of the disc labels, all four discs are in the same very good condition. There is also a photo of the damaged front cover.
5. MIKE OLDFIELD EXPOSED VIRGIN RECORDS VD2511 The double gatefold album is in very good conditon. See illustrations. The black paper Virgin records inner sleeves are very clean. The discs are in very good condition, but there is a skipping scratch on side 3.
6. BUDDY HOLLYS GREATEST HITS CORAL RECORDS CP8 MONO Cover showing signs of age. Bought in the late 1960s, the disc was looked after and I don't remember any issues. Probably average audio quality.
7. JOAN BAEZ ON VANGUARD SVXL.100 Jacket is showing its age! It is not damaged, though. See photo. Bought in the late 1960s. The disc is in very good condition.
8. FRANCOISE HARDY IN ENGLISH MARBLE ARCH MAL 1163 The LP was bought in the late 1960s. The jacket is in good condition for its age. The disc is in very good condition showing no signs of scratches. Rest in Peace Francoise.
9. REMEMBER THE 60S BRLP37- BRLP38 BR MUSIC made in Belgium. One of those compilations. Double gatefold album. It was a gift that I have never played. Thus all in very good condition - Jacket, inner sleeves and discs.
10. THE ROCK MACHINE TURNS YOU ON CBS PR22 MONO Everyone bought one of these cheap tasters at the time, but they were all original recordings and very good value. A good promotion album for CBS. The cover design was a pull and speaks of the age. The cover is good for its age and the disc is clean and not scratched.

11. ROCK ROOTS PROCOL HARUM ROOTS 4 CUBE RECORDS 1976 GEMA NCB This record was owned by me from new. The jacket is good, but there is a scratch on the last track of side 1. There are three scratches on the other side. These were all caused by a pet cat jumping on to the turntable. 12. FILL YOUR HEAD WITH ROCK CBS PR40 Double Album. Not sure where this came from. There are no inner sleeves and the discs are a bit tatty, with some scratches. I can't play it, so it is guess. Sides 1 and 3 are better than two others.
