Grading:

Record
The record has some issues. The first minute of side one has some background noise that tends to be distracting. the rest of the side rates Very Good Plus.
Side two has a greater amount of background noise, particularly on tracks 2 and 4. You'll find a sample of the worst part of track 2 below. I'd rate side two as Good.
The only cleaning I did on the record was to give it a couple swipes with my Disc Washer.

Jacket
The jacket is in Very Good Plus condition with a bit of ring wear and some corner bumps. There are no seam splits.
It appears to be signed by two of the band members ( Cam Phillips and D.A. Minor.) There is a third signature, but I can't figure out who it might be.

I've digitized the music and cleaned it up. You'll receive a CD of the cleaned up music. See below for a sample (It actually cleaned up better than I expected!)
